My name is Rebecca, I have been working with youth for over 20 years and I look forward to meeting with you. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I have worked with teens experiencing a wide range of concerns including ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, academic challenges, life and family changes, and trauma. Together we will identify areas of focus, create therapeutic goals, then develop steps and strategies to achieve your goals. Based on your needs, this is done through either a solution focused CBT, ACT, mindfulness, or a trauma focused approach. I look forward to getting started.
