Rebecca Hubbard

Rebecca Hubbard is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Texas with over twenty-eight years of experience in helping children, adolescents, and adults. As a native Texan, she understands the strengths and challenges of growing up and living under a microscope, having grown up in small towns in Texas herself. Throughout her career, Rebecca has specialized in assisting individuals in overcoming unspeakable trauma, recognizing the immense courage it takes to confront our fears and discomforts. She believes that growth occurs when we step slightly outside our comfort zones, as being too far outside leads to our survival strategies kicking in, hindering our ability to grow. In working together, Rebecca emphasizes the importance of open communication, ensuring that clients feel emotionally safe to express themselves and their needs. Deeply listening and respecting clients’ values, beliefs, and life experiences, she offers both support and challenges to facilitate the desired changes in their lives. Rebecca firmly believes that individuals possess the strength within themselves to grow and face challenges; they simply require a little guidance along the way. She eagerly looks forward to meeting clients and assisting them in creating the lives they desire.
