Rebecca Jarrell is a highly experienced and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico with a remarkable 21-year career. Throughout her professional journey, Rebecca has worked in various settings, including a psychiatrist office, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and private practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Rebecca specializes in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and trauma recovery, and she is also a Certified Grief Educator. Her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which she adeptly utilizes to help her clients find positive and lasting change in their lives.
