I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years experience. I became a mental health provider because I am passionate about helping people regain their life back, having hope for better days and overcoming abuse and traumatic events. Life can have ups and downs and it’s okay to ask for help and to say “this is hard”. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010, and I have experience supporting patients from the ages of 14 and up with concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, Domestic Violence, and Trauma. The types of therapy I offer include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR and Brainspotting. Communities I have experience working with: Single Mothers, Native Americans, Veterans. I work with adults, veterans, domestic violent population, aging adults and their families. My goal is to help you in feeling empowered and moving towards a positive path of growth and well-being. While we cannot change circumstances of the past I can help provide support, help you unlearn maladaptive behavior patterns and/or restructure your negative perceptions. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I love learning more ways I can assist those I serve in counseling to ensure they are obtaining quality care so I am often attending trainings, consultations and more.
