Taking the first step to sign up for therapy ALWAYS takes courage and I will do what I can to make this as safe and comfortable of an experience as I can for you as a client. I am very engaged and committed to your journey. Sessions lean more interactive, (clients have reported to me), than many of my peers so expect input paired with active listening focused on identifying and taking care of your emotions in a team effort together. Currently daytime appointments are open. I always respond within 24 hrs, except on sunday my day of rest.
