Rhonda Osei-Bonsu is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. With a belief in the inherent strength and resilience of every person, Rhonda provides the necessary guidance and support to empower clients to improve their lives. She takes a holistic approach to growth and healing, considering the interconnectedness of behavior, emotions, thoughts, relationships, social and cultural issues, physical well-being, and spirituality. Rhonda’s practice is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy but incorporates a wide range of techniques, including homework assignments, group work, suggested readings, activities, and the development of a support network. She has extensive experience working with clients on various issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, life purpose, identity, and spirituality. Rhonda earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Regent University and her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She also holds a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Prevention Certificate from Eastfield College. With a commitment to confidentiality, Rhonda ensures that all information shared during counseling sessions remains secure and protected.
