My speciality is working with young adults who suffer from an array of mental health (anxiety, depression, day to to day stressors) and addiction issues. Feel comfortable knowing you are seeing a therapist with 15 years experience and provides a safe environment for change. My professional approach to therapy is eclectic. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, motivational interviewing, humanistic and positive psychology. My personal approach to therapy is: I am a “Keep it real” type of therapist and have a laid back demeanor.
