About Robert Banks's service

I have 14 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of settings, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction, and helping these individuals work through the obstacles that life tosses at them. I also have 20+ years of experience working in EMS and in Volunteer Fire Departments. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Related Therapy, and Critical Incident Stress Management. For the past 4 years I have helped families navigate through grief, loss, and understanding traumatic incidents while working in a local Emergency Department. I attended Cairn University for undergraduate studies, Bachelor in Social Work and a Bachelor in Biblical Studies, and the University of Pittsburgh for a Master in Social Work. I am currently Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. Throughout my experiences, both professional and personal, I can honestly say life is unpredictable, and sometimes we need someone to help guide us through those times.
