I have a Ph.D. in Community Psychology and am licensed in Indiana with more than 20 years of professional work experience. I also am a National Certified Counselor and have published several academic articles, as well as some children’s books. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. In addition, I have experience working with people facing life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
