Robert Trevino

Robert Trevino is an experienced therapist with over 20 years of academic expertise. With a passion for research and sharing knowledge, he constantly seeks out new and relevant information to enhance his teachings and share with others. Utilizing social networks, Robert disseminates information on psychology, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, and exercise, promoting a lifelong learning mindset. Born and raised in Houston, TX, he was actively involved in sports throughout his childhood and teenage years. Robert completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in College Station and obtained his MS degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. Additionally, he is a personal trainer specializing in weight loss and nutrition. Robert’s work has largely focused on working with youth in the community, having worked with non-profit organizations such as Communities In Schools and Youth Advocates, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys photography, fitness, music, tennis, basketball, and spending time with his dogs Indigo, Otis, Dulce, and Onyx. Robert is dedicated to creating a safe and open environment for his clients, treating them with respect, and maintaining a high level of approachability and accessibility.
