Roberto Rodriguez is a highly experienced therapist with over 15 years of expertise in addiction treatment and helping couples and families heal. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis, MN, Roberto is dedicated to providing individuals with the structure and support they need to effect positive change in their lives. His passion for helping men and young men heal from difficult pasts is evident in his two publications, co-authored with Dr. Stephanie Covington, titled “Exploring Trauma: A Brief Intervention for Men” and “A Young Man’s Guide to Self-Mastery.” Roberto specializes in trauma-informed therapy and takes a systemic approach to his practice. He utilizes various therapeutic modalities including Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Structured Family Therapy. Recognizing the impact of trauma and attachment rupture, Roberto focuses on helping individuals and families develop effective communication skills. He is also trained and proficient in EMDR therapy, providing comprehensive and personalized care to his clients.
