Roma Williams is an experienced marriage and family therapist with over 8 years of practice. Having worked in non-profit and community mental health agencies, as well as private practice, Roma has a diverse range of experience. While she has worked with children, adolescents, families, individuals, and couples of all ages and ethnicities, her focus in recent years has been on adult populations. Roma’s main goal when working with clients is to help them achieve their best quality of life. She takes a collaborative approach, highlighting the client’s strengths and assisting them in navigating through their challenges. Roma believes that each person is the expert of their own life and respects their preferences and pace. Her approach is eclectic, combining emotional focused therapy with other modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and narrative therapy. Roma tailors the treatment to each individual’s needs, utilizing an individualized approach.
