Rondel Kittleman

Rondel Kittleman is an LPC based in Texas, with a background in psychology. He obtained his undergraduate degree from TCU and his masters in psychology from Western Kentucky University. With over 3 years of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting, Rondel has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and persons in the military. For the past 5 years, he has been exclusively working with adolescents and children, teaching them CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) skills. Since the start of the pandemic in June 2020, Rondel has also been offering tele-med sessions to adults, focusing on helping them with anxiety related to COVID-19, relationship stress from quarantine, and restructuring their anxious thoughts to regain control. Rondel’s expertise lies in educating clients about mental illness and its manifestations, as well as the various ways CBT can provide assistance. He excels at teaching relaxation techniques and identifying the thoughts that contribute to unhealthy emotions.
