I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have over 10 years of experience working with youth and families in the community. I have 4 years of experience doing professional counseling. I have expertise in areas including anger management, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relationship issues. I have also helped many people who have experienced loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect and meeting you where you are at. My approach in counseling is very warm and interactive. You are the expert of your life, so we will tailor treatment plans and goals around your needs. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines solution-focused counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy in a positive and optimistic atmosphere.
