Rosine Atidepe is a dedicated therapist who believes that the first step to healing is acknowledging there is an issue. With a passion for being a helping hand, she has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents to address emotional issues and develop appropriate social skills. In addition, she has worked with juveniles dealing with mental health issues and has a background in case management to provide families with necessary resources. Rosine’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, focusing on the individual’s needs, strengths, and barriers, and finding ways to develop and increase their skills to live the life they want to live. With a master’s degree in psychology and an LPC license, she has been professionally working with children and adolescents for 5 years and with adults for about 2 years. She utilizes a blend of Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Person-centered, and psycho-education techniques. Rosine takes a holistic approach, exploring and educating individuals about how the mind, spirit, and body are interconnected.
