About Ross Thompson's service

I am a Person-Centered Therapist that focuses on creating a cooperative and respectful relationship to enhance the identification of your needs, goals, and progression towards them. I utilize a customized therapy style that fits your current state pulling from CBT, Collaborative, Narrative and Solution Focused models. I believe in a holistic approach of mind and body affecting the greater outcome, so I may also bring in techniques from Mindfulness, physical health and Biofeedback. These can allow you to find solutions for long lasting changes. My priority is not just to reach your current goal, but stability that will last beyond counseling, where you can recognize and enhance your strengths and adaptability to deal with any issues that may present themselves on your own. I have an MA and Ph.D classes in Marriage and Family Therapy with over 10 years of working with those self-reporting a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to many forms of: Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Emotional Trauma, Co-Dependency, Adultery/Cheating, and Motivation. I hope we can work together, I look forward to working with you!
