Rutanya Simon

Rutanya Simon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma with nine years of experience providing therapy to a diverse population of clients. With three years of experience working within the court system, Rutanya has been able to assist individuals in their recovery process while navigating life changes and addressing mental health issues. Throughout the past five years, Rutanya has focused on working with families to help improve their quality of life despite mental health challenges or difficult circumstances. Rutanya has expertise in addressing depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, addiction, and trauma. She takes pride in creating a judgement-free and safe atmosphere for her clients. Rutanya’s therapeutic approach is conversational, solution-focused, and holistic. She will help clients identify counterproductive behaviors and guide them towards finding prosocial activities that promote healthier habits and ultimately lead to a better life. Rutanya believes in empowering her clients to be the experts of their own lives while providing support and maintaining focus on the goals established during the therapeutic relationship.
