I’m a therapist committed to helping people live more meaningful and satisfying lives. We will explore the issues you wish to work on, as you are the expert on your life. Using techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we can rework your relationship to your thoughts and feelings. A psychodynamic perspective will help us understand the deeper, unconscious issues that may be contributing to negative patterns in your life.
