Saju Abraham

Saju Abraham, a Licensed Professional Counselor, possesses a unique skill set that focuses on counseling and assisting others. With experience in adult and adolescent outpatient services, as well as hospital-based counseling services, Saju has spent over 5 years helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and various other mental health and emotional challenges. Saju adopts a person-centered approach, placing great importance on the therapeutic relationship, and combines it with a cognitive behavioral approach to help clients explore thought patterns related to challenging emotions and behaviors. He believes in acknowledging each individual’s background and personal beliefs, allowing clients to develop their own perspective on problem-solving and empowering them to make the necessary changes to achieve their goals. Saju, along with his wife, feels blessed with a young daughter and anticipates welcoming another child later this year.
