About Samantha Silverberg's service

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 8 years experience serving individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, social, communication challenges, executive functioning difficulties, behavior management, and learning differences, and have additional training in trauma, grief and loss. I believe in the power of truly listening to someone and communication in relationships. I aim to empower individuals to build a healthy relationship with themself and make meaningful connections with others. My style is warm, and empathetic. I use a person-centered and strength-based approach to encourage individuals to face challenges and become their best self. When I am not working I enjoy tending to my homestead including an expanding backyard garden, a flock of hens, and a dog as well trying new recipes, baking, and caring for my 2 children. Reaching out is the first step toward growth and healing, I look forward to hearing from you.
