Life’s journey is a road that is sometimes smooth, bumpy, with twists and turns, roadblocks, detours, and open skies. As we travel, we may need a guide to help us navigate. My 30 years of professional experience has given me an opportunity to help others move forward. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, communication, past trauma and other roadblocks, I can help. Also, I have led DBT and Anger Management groups for ten years.
