About Sandra Rico's service

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist. I have 16 years of experience treating people suffering from a wide range of problems including family problems, relationship problems, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, and sexual disorders. I gained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science at Florida State University in 2005, where I learned about people of various cultures. I continued my studies in Florida International University to earn a Master of Science with a major in Psychology, and became a Certified Sex Therapist in 2008. I utilize techniques learned in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy to assist people in developing tools to improve their lives. I will provide guidance by helping you develop your goals and treatment plan so that you can take control of your life.
