I’m a LCSW MPH. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have worked with different populations and a varied of issues; depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance abuse, codependency, parenting, and women’s issues. I use an individualized approach to working with clients. Not all therapies work for everyone. I enjoy using empowerment with my clients in order to assist with goal achievement. Helping others has also been a passion of mine and I love to help you achieve your goals.
