I am a licensed clinical social worker, independently licensed in Arizona, South Carolina, and Michigan with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, veterans, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including various types of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, drug and alcohol struggles, relationship issues, life adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced thoughts of suicide and hopelessness. I believe that feeling safe, supported, and non-judged are essential in building a successful working relationship, and treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. You are not a label. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that meets your specific goals and needs. My therapeutic style combines culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches using cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. It takes courage to build a happier and healthier life. You can do it! You can create the life you’ve dreamed of, by taking one small step at a time, day-by-day. If you are ready to start your personal journey to feeling better and happier, I am here to support and empower you through the therapeutic process : ). I look forward to working with you and seeing you achieve your best life! Sarah
