I have over a decade of experience working w/ individuals, families, & caregivers on a wide variety of issues that will help us along our journey together. It takes bravery to get here! A little about me: I’ve been working in the healthcare field for about 15 years and providing counseling for the last 5 of those years. I have a special certification in working with individuals with chronic, complex, or serious illnesses but love when I get the opportunity to help people navigate difficult life seasons, anxiety and relationships. My approach is collaborative, you are the expert in your life and I am here to help you reach your goals.
