I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in Health Psychology. I will always consider the individual as unique, with a unique background, a unique set of experiences, and a and set of stressors. Although I most commonly use a cognitive behavioral approach to help individuals with the changes that they seek to make, I also consider many other factors, and find it necessary to understand what has been both effective and ineffective in your past, coping with stressors.
