Sarah Soto is a highly experienced therapist with a passion for helping individuals and communities. With six years of experience, she has worked with clients facing intense trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and various other challenges. Sarah has built strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and is skilled in mindfulness training and stress-relief exercises. She believes in continuous education and holds specialized training in EMDR, mindfulness, DBT, sexual trauma, and addictions.
