About Sasha Varner's service

Hello! My name is Sasha Varner and I empower couples, families and individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships and selves! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington, DC and Maryland and received my Masters of Science in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Because research shows that unhealthy relationships can cause both emotional and physical stress, whereas healthy relationships can enhance and improve overall well-being,I offer relationship counseling and individual counseling for anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues. My approach combines psycho dynamic and solution focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and I want you to feel better. I look forward to working with you!
