My name is Shaliss Padilla, MA, LMFT, Licensed Psychotherapist, with over 13 years of experience counseling people from all walks of life, in a variety of treatment settings. In addition to counseling and life coaching, I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery for the victims and survivors of a Narcissistic abuse by partners/spouses, parents/family of origin, and/or friends/coworkers/bosses. I am not only holistic in my approach, but very hands on. Meaning I am very action oriented, and will help you actually make long lasting changes….not just talk about your problems. I am big on assigning homework between sessions, and provide alot of psycho-education and skill building during sessions. My focus is self mastery, and personal transformation.
