Shandra Carter is an accomplished mental health professional with 20 years of experience in the human services field. She has served at an executive level for most of her career, focusing on trauma and specializing in child development, abuse & neglect, and sexual violence. As a licensed clinical social worker, Shandra has led and developed intensive clinical programming for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. In addition, she greatly enjoys working with executive and professional level coaching, helping people develop and grow professionally. Shandra creates an open and safe environment for her clients, where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. She understands that taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and is excited for clients to get started on their healing journey.
