One of the things life has taught me is to not believe everything you think because our mind can really play tricks on us. There is hope even when you think there is none. There are solutions even when you cannot see them, because you have more power than you know. Do you ever feel a little anxious, depressed or restless without quite knowing why? Maybe you know your role as a mom, dad, student, professional, etc. – but you don’t know who YOU are. Maybe you have been through a trauma that keeps you from living life to the fullest because you just can’t make peace with the past. Hang in there. If you are stubborn, that means you are strong. If you are willing to at least try something new, we just might be a great fit. On the other hand if you are not ready to be honest (with yourself or with me) or you would rather stay stuck in your story than write a new one, I may not be the therapist for you. Because my clients will tell you they find hope when once they were hopeless; they reclaim power they thought they had lost. With an extensive background in many sides of mental health, I have seen almost everything. Between my experience and intuition, and your courage and willingness to explore, you and I will find a way forward.
