I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with 30 years of experience. I identify myself as a cognitive behavior therapist with an emphasis on helping my clients focus on their strengths and resources. I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, addictions, grief and loss, and self esteem and confidence issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
