I am a licensed therapist with well over twenty years of professional experience and my passion is providing support and guidance through life’s challenges, and empowering others to be the best possible version of themselves, equipped with tools and strategies to navigate through their life journey with confidence and resolve. Sometimes life can seem overwhelming and it’s hard to know where to begin. Taking that first step can be difficult. Depression, stress, anxiety , not being able to communicate with your partner, struggling with seemingly unsolvable problems…it can feel like it’s just too much. But therapy can help, if you are connected with the right person. I would be honored to be that person for you. I want you to have a safe environment where you can be heard, accepted, respected, valued and express your concerns without judgment.
