Shea Hillman

Shea Hillman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with over 20 years of experience in education. She completed her undergraduate degree in Education and Spanish at Houston Baptist University and her graduate degree in Counseling from Lamar University. With three years of counseling experience, Shea has worked as a student support counselor at the high school level, provided therapeutic services to individuals, and worked in an outpatient setting. Her areas of expertise include grief and loss, trauma, life changes, family and relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. Shea’s counseling style is heavily influenced by Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. Clients often appreciate her calm demeanor, which helps them feel safe and at ease in their therapeutic relationship. Shea believes that by seeking therapy, individuals have already taken a significant step towards personal growth and is committed to supporting clients throughout their journey.
