Hi Allow me introduce myself. My name is Sheila Croskey. I have been Licensed social worker in New York State for over 19 years. Life struggles can be overwhelming and complicated. Sometimes we are not sure what the next step should be or how to solve the problem in front of us. It can feel like we are stuck, alone and hopeless. I have experiences in a wide range of places such as the Criminal Justice System, the New York City Education System and Mental Health agencies. I am efficient and highly motivated and very dedicated to helping you with reaching your highest potential and highest goals . I combine different therapeutic approaches based on your presenting concerns, goals and motivation such as CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength Based approaches. Together, I believe we can identify and overcome the obstacles that may be preventing you from living the life you desire. I know how important it is to develop a strong trusting relationship so that you feel confident to express yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
