Hello! I am a clinical social worker and holistic therapist. I have a lot of experience in working with women that have been through a traumatic event as well as stress, anxiety, ADHD, major life transitions, relationship problems and depression. I have also worked many years with women and adults experiencing homelessness, adults in a hospital setting with cancer, neurologic disorders as well as end of life issues. I have also helped many through major life transitions as a life and career coach. As a holistic therapist, I believe in looking at the whole picture and lifestyle of a person to help restore balance, pleasure and purpose in life. I have a background in yoga, mindfulness and Ayurveda along with my clinical education and experience. I believe and work within the framework of a mind-body connection and as well as mindset. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused, mindfulness, somatic work and coaching. Together we can come up with a set of unique and specific goals to help you live to your fullest potential. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, in control and confident to live a life to your fullest potential and to live a stress-free joyful life. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
