Sierra McFan is a highly experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has dedicated over eight years to helping individuals prioritize their mental health. With a diverse background, Sierra has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. Sierra’s therapeutic approach is centered around meeting clients where they are and utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients achieve their self-determined goals.
