As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Stacy has over 3 years of counseling experience with diverse populations and a variety of mental health and physical disabilities. She brings a holistic approach to therapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Training Therapy.
