Stephanie Chavez, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC) originally from San Diego, California, brings her expertise and compassionate approach to the therapy room. Since relocating to San Antonio, Texas in 2007, Stephanie has gained extensive experience working with families, couples, groups, and specialized populations, as well as individual clients. Her professional background includes working with employee assistance plans, inpatient mental health hospitals, and intensive outpatient programming. Stephanie’s areas of specialization encompass clinical depression/anxiety, stress management, anger management, trauma and abuse, mood disorders, and addiction/substance abuse services.
