With a passion for counseling and a mission to help clients achieve personal and professional success, Ms. Davis provides online consultancy services in a comfortable and motivating space. Specializing in concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, and more, she serves individuals and groups aged 10 and up. Drawing from her experience in education and counseling, Ms. Davis believes that everyone has unique gifts to offer, and she aims to provide extra support and guidance to help clients discover their true value. As a licensed professional counselor in Texas, the owner of Heartwork Trending Counseling and Consulting Services, and a published author and mental health educator, Ms. Davis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Respectful of each client’s diversity, she employs a range of therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused, person-centered, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems methods, among others. Combining her background in communications and counseling, Ms. Davis is dedicated to bridging the gap between schools, families, and communities and raising awareness of the mental health issues faced by tweens, teens, and young adults. She encourages advocacy for topics such as bullying, suicide, self-harm, self-esteem, depression, and academic/social concerns. In her spare time, she enjoys quality moments with her daughter, reading, writing poetry, dancing, traveling, and hosting community events with her Heartwork Trending team.
