Stephen Simoson

Stephen Simoson is an experienced LPC (Texas) with over ten years of therapy experience. His therapeutic focus is on cognitive talk therapy, and he approaches his clients with acceptance and no judgment. Stephen has worked in various settings, including private practices, inpatient hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient groups. As a Client-Centered Therapist, he utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring his approach to each individual’s specific needs. Stephen’s goal is to help clients discover and nurture their inner strengths, working collaboratively to cultivate and empower them. He has worked with individuals dealing with self-harm, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, eating disorders, and various other issues. Stephen believes that counseling is a collaborative process aimed at creating a better tomorrow.
