About Suzanne Cooper's service

Please note I do not have evening or weekend availability and am available only Monday-Wednesday As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor, I have experience working with individuals battling for freedom from their own damaging thinking patterns, emotional burdens, and trauma. Trauma is a term that has come to mean different things to different people. To me, trauma refers to experiences that happened to us, that we did not want to happen, that we had no control over. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
