Suzanne Roundy-Schmidt

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with a wide variety of people, including children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with all forms of anxiety, OCD, depression, stress management and relationships. I understand that very often, the first step is the most difficult and I am glad that you are here and would be honored to walk this path with you. My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, which I believe helps to uncover the unhealthy thought patterns and clean out the emotional. In addition, I will teach you how to create new, healthy patterns, which is not always easy, but always worth it. Life can be difficult and you don’t have to go it alone.
