Hi! I am passionate about helping you to resolve your challenges. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Counselor and Life-Business Coach with a background as a drama therapist with over 15 years of experience in California. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues from stressful life changes, relationship issues, burnout recovery, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), aging, career challenges, care-giver, parenting problems. I am a solution-oriented counselor who uses creative techniques such as journaling, mindfulness, relaxation, and role-playing to uncover the challenges and identify solutions to the issues.
