Tami Brugman

Tami Brugman is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds licenses in both Texas and California and has worked in various settings, including community mental health and private practice. Tami has worked with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of issues from life adjustments to severe mental illnesses. With a client-centered approach, she approaches each person with compassion and recognizes the uniqueness of each situation. Tami believes in the mind-body connection to mental health and is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Psychophysiology at Saybrook University to further enhance her knowledge and skills. She is dedicated to ongoing growth and strives to provide the best possible care for her clients. Tami incorporates various treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She sees her role as a therapist as utilizing the tools in her toolbox to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes.
