Tammy Clark

Hello, my name is Tammy and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 13 years. I have been fortunate in working with people of all ages and with various life experiences. My area of skills includes anger and conflict management, interpersonal issues, peer relationships, stress management, marital issues, and school related issues. Throughout my career I have worked with families that are experiencing stress or conflict, couples who are struggling with interpersonal conflict, and individuals. I practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. The first step on your path is seeking support. I believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Establishing a caring relationship and a safe environment is critical to a successful therapeutic experience. My goal is to assist you on your journey of building your strengths, identifying personal resources, and developing decision making and coping skills.
