Hi, I am Tanishia Santana, licensed clinical social worker and life coach. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma related mental health issues to include sexual assault, domestic violence, and PTSD to name a few. I completed my MSW and the University of Southern California, specializing in Mental Health and Military Social Work. Trying to fulfill your goals and identify your purpose can be difficult when you’re struggling with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and panic disorders. I have helped many individuals in your shoes, overcome their struggle with MH, using my specialized methods and techniques. I’m experienced working with BIPOC, LGBT+, and military veterans. My goal is to help you re-imagine your life and let go of thoughts and behaviors that undermine you, so that a renewed and fulfilled you can emerge. With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a clinical background in mental health, my individualized and comprehensive approach will help you attain your goals. My personal commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support while accomplishing lasting growth.
