Taralah Jeansonne

Taralah Jeansonne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 6877) who believes that counseling is a progressive experience. With a focus on establishing a confidential and trusting relationship, Taralah works closely with clients to explore their present situations. Together, as a team, they collaborate to set goals and determine the most effective methods to achieve these goals. Taralah’s ultimate objective is to address and improve functionality in clients’ lives. Specializing in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, the aftereffects of trauma, and those in early recovery from alcohol or substance abuse disorders in a prison setting, Taralah also has experience in couples therapy, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), trauma therapy, behavioral therapy with juveniles, and mindfulness therapy. Utilizing techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Behavioral therapy, Taralah’s warm and interactive style creates an inviting and exciting environment for clients.
