About Taryn Spates's service

With 20 years experience as a professional counselor I have worked with adults and children in a variety of settings, as well as, on a variety of challenges. . Among these areas are adults and children with experiences of abuse/trauma, mood disorders, and self-esteem. I have worked in community mental health and in the school system as a school counselor. I am credentialed as a professional counselor supervisor also. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary client centered methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
