My name is Tatiana Cruz. I graduated with a BA in Psychology and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College in Buffalo New York. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in a Counselor Education and Supervision program. I have five years of counseling experience in various settings and I am a fully licensed mental health counselor in New York state. My therapeutic lens is first and foremost person-centered and humanistic. This means that I value my clients as the experts of their own lives and see myself as a resource and support to help guide them to their goals. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I look forward to working with you.
